Dang Thi Ngoc Hien, the founder of Gypsylala was originally a young girl pursuing a degree in graphic design at the University of Literature, Ho Chi Minh City. Wanting to spread and share the passion with more people, Ngoc Hien decided to create the brand Gypsylala and start a business.
A young girl graduating from fine arts, Ngoc Hien faces many challenges in financial management, human resource management, price competition, and market expansion after entering her business. However, Ngoc Hien said that the most essential thing is to bring customers interesting experiences about feng shui jewelry and create many new designs to meet the diverse needs of customers.
